Fishers Landing Primary Care is a private medical practice focused on serving individuals in Vancouver, Washington. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic condition management, and continuity of care.
We believe in building long-term relationships with our patients and delivering care that is thoughtful, respectful, and evidence based. Our Providers prioritize clear communication, individualized treatment planning, and medically responsible care. Every patient receives a personalized evaluation to ensure services are safe, appropriate, and aligned with their overall health goals.
In addition to traditional primary care services, we offer select non-invasive therapeutic treatments, including Emsculpt NEO and Emsella, to support muscle strengthening, promote injury recovery, and improve pelvic floor health within a clinical setting.

Katherine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience and a strong background in primary care. She truly loves her patients and has a passion for providing excellent care. She focuses on preventative, as well as treatment based medical care. Katherine earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She values listening carefully, building trust, and developing thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel respected, informed, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
In addition to clinical practice, Katherine served as an Associate Professor of nursing at Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, UT. She had the opportunity to teach and speak across the country on hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes management as well as patient-centered care. Education has always been central to her approach. She believes patients achieve the best outcomes when they fully understand their health conditions and feel confident participating in their care decisions.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also volunteers through her church, which is an important part of her life and reflects her commitment to service both inside and outside of healthcare.

Lisa is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for the work she does. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and has spent her career focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality care to her patients.

Lisa strives to be a provider who truly listens. She believes the best healthcare happens when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care plan. Taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals allows her to work collaboratively with them to make informed decisions about their health.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and caring for the many animals on their small hobby farm. She feels that these experiences help keep her grounded and bring balance to both her personal life and her approach to patient care.

As Clinic Manager, she oversees daily operations and leads the billing department, serving as the go-to resource for all insurance and billing-related matters. She is committed to keeping the practice running smoothly while supporting patients with clear, accurate account guidance.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and their Sheppard, Ruby.

Patty manages the front desk and skillfully navigates the day-to-day flow of the office. With over 10 years of building incredible relationships with our patients, she is a valued and trusted member of our team.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and meeting friends for happy hour.

Stephanie specializes in managing referrals and coordinating plans of care based on provider direction. She helps ensure patients are connected with the services and specialists they need. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting and running her own small business.

Adrienne specializes in prior authorizations, rooming patients, and ensuring medication needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. She plays an important role in supporting both providers and patients to help visits run smoothly and care plans stay on track.
Outside of work, she loves to read and spend time with her energetic Labradoodle, Tomo.

Sam supports the front desk team while also serving as our BTL technician, performing all Emsculpt NEO and Emsella treatments. She plays an important role in both patient experience and the delivery of our therapeutic services.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, their new puppy Cooper, and reading.
